★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Harris and the rest of the staff create a very, warm, welcoming and professional environment. As soon as I walked in the door I felt valued and that continued through the pre exam, exam, and selection of my glasses. Dr. Harris was very efficient and I felt very well taken care of! Not only that they made me feel at ease with the procedures they were following during these uncertain times!.
I would like to expand on my review. My 4 year old daughter developed a cyst on her eye. I let Dr. Harris know and she squeezed her in at our earliest convenience. My daughter, who can be quite shy was extremely comfortable with Dr. Harris which just goes to show her rapport with clients of all ages. When we went to the follow up appointment my daughter walked in like she owned the place, with no shyness which just goes to show how Dr. Harris and the rest of the staff make young patients feel. The set up they have for young ones is amazing! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up this morning, 7 yr old complained of blurry vision. We called and they got us in right away. Dr. Michelle Skoretz and the rest of the staff made our nervous boy feel more comfortable and at ease as they answered all of his questions and explained each process. I am so thankful for how accommodating, kind and thorough they all were and now he is excited to pick up his first pair of glasses soon. Thank you! 100% recommend Doctors Vision Care and Dr. Michelle for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for an eye checkup and prescription for contact lenses. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They did not make me feel rushed even though it was snowing and I was a little late. Specially the manager, who went over and beyond to help me with a couple of requests, and Dr. Cora Plummer who gave me a thorough eye checkup and did not hesitate to answer any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not feel welcome on arrival, lady behind the front desk didn't seem to wanna be there. Once getting exam done, same lady from front desk barged into room cause my insurance wouldn't work and seemed concerned how I was gonna pay for my exam. Turned out not my insurance but a invoicing issue. The rest of the exam by the Dr and original lady helping me out went well. Will return again but not if helped by lady behind front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son is almost 2 years old - at the age where he NEVER sits still (and he is a very active kiddo!) But Dr. Skoretz and the support staff were incredible!! We felt completely safe and taken care of! They have the latest technology which makes the exam seem to go so seamless without taking any shortcuts in evaluation - I very much trust the doctors with what they do for their patients. The place is very clean and have a great selection of frames and sunglasses - especially for kids! Would highly recommend!

I ended up at Doctors Vision Care after my prior optometrist decided to retire. Doctor Skoretz was super quick to get me booked in for an eye exam, set up with new contacts and get a replacement set of glasses on order. Appreciated the appointment reminder text message, and direct insurance billing. Couldn't be happier.

It had been at least 7 or 8 years since I last visited the optometrist so I had to do a few tests and examinations to get up to speed. Both Justine and the rest of the team were very helpful and informative when I had questions. The process was very smooth right from when I got there and I got great feedback on what I should be watching for in the future. Will continue to go back for sure!
