★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this office for 6 years now and am always very happy with my prescriptions. My family travels 6 hours to see the optometrists here and I took my 6 month old to see them and they were wonderful with her, explained everything thoroughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the old gentleman owned it he was great but new management it us the worst place to go because the help and doctors do not talk to each other and they book you a appointment then they say they have to reschedule you 3 times because they do not know how to make a appointment and keep them for you. The staff promises they will get the doctors to call you but 3 weeks later you phone and the staff lies when confronted about it and then goes crying to doctors because you hurt their feelings. WORST PLACE TO GO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a new optometrist? Go see the team at Prairie Optometry. Excellent customer service and a friendly environment. They were able to answer all my questions and the staff are great with children. Visiting their office was a real pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New management the place has gone to the dogs, re-booking appointments is the norm. No accountability on office antics gone wrong.
There polite in person. Not on the phone placing appointments.
There billing, also has to be redone (mistakes), when leaving.
