★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE TWO LADY THAT WAS SERVING US WERE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! THERE WAS AN OLD MAN THAT ORDERED COFFEE WITH COOKIES AND I GET IT THEY HAD A LONG DAY AND THE OLD MAN COULD NOT HEAR VERY WELL ANYMORE, BUT THE GIRLS LOOKS SO ANNOYED WITH THE OLD MAN AND WERE NOT PATIENT AT ALL!!!THEY YELLED AT THE OLD MAN WHILE TAPPING THE COOKIE BOX(IDK WHATEVER ITS CALLED)THEY ARE ALSO RUDE TO US AND ACTED LIKE THEY DID NOT WANT TO SERVE US AT ALL. I ORDERED A LARGE SOUP AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK IF THEY HAD ENOUGH SOUP FOR A LARGE CONTAINER. AND BY THE WAY THE LADY EVEN RAISED HER VOICE AT ME AND SAID THAT SHE WILL GIVE ME A REFUND, WHICH TOOK AWHILE SO I DECIDED I JUST DID NOT WANT TO GET THE SOUP ANYMORE. THEY ARE JUST VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS AT ALL! I GET IT, I WORKED AT FAST FOOD TOO BUT IT WASNT EVEN THAT BUSY WHEN WE WERE THERE, IT WAS ONLY ME AND MY HUSBAND, THE GENTLEMAN THAT ORDERED THE COFFEE AND THE OTHER GIRL THAT WORKS AT SPORTSCHECK AND GUESS WHAT?? THEY WERE ALSO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THAT GIRL. THEY YELLED AT EACH AND EVERYONE OF US AND EVEN ROLLED THEYRE EYES AT ME WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE!!! I SUGGEST YOU GUYS HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT IS ACTUALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT SERVING CUSTOMERS AND HOW FOOD SERVICE SHOULD BE. WHICH IS KIND, RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WORKED AT FAST FOOD, I WAS NEVER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place didn't have any bread other than white, brown and flat. the sandwiches were made very sloppy and is unappealing. I was really craving my favorite sandwich and now I'm just disappointed in the service and craftmanship of the sandwich artist who created this abomination. $30 dollars for two meals and only thing worth eating are the cookies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ usually good, however, this time it was atrocious. i asked for light pickles, they gave me DOUBLE pickles or more. i asked for LIGHT barbecue sauce, they gave me DOUBLE sauce or more, PLUS a sauce i NEVER MENTIONED. if that wasn’t bad enough, they also put less meat than is regularly on the sandwich. this sandwich was an absolutely vile stain on my palette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is one of my favorite places. However, this time experience was not great. The person who made our subs was really good and was polite. But when we came home to eat our sub, it was unfortunately half burnt. We have been eating subs since years and normal toasted would never look like this.
May be the person was new. It was half burnt, too much toasted. Quality of things inside were good but not a great experience for sure..
