We purchased a dining set in December 2021. we were promised delivery on March 1st, received two phone calls to inform us with delay to the end of March & then till the end of April. When we explained that this wasn't acceptable & that we wanted to speak to a supervisor . The reply was okay will inform the supervisor & they should call you back. never received a call back!!! We called the store again in April to complain about the delay & requested to speak to a supervisor. A manager took the call & her reply was that the dining set we purchased was on back order. So basically we purchased an item that didn't exist!! we were promised a delivery on zero basis & guarantees. They sold us the set just to meet their sales target with zero credibility. The manager even told me the end of April delivery wasn't even guaranteed!!! Really frustrated & looking for a higher consumer rights agency to file a complaint!!

He was also very helpful in explaining all the details of the warranty and delivery. I would be happy to buy from Al and this location again.

E	Elmer Fernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you just want to visit the place to look around and make a price comparison, this place is great but disappointment starts once you purchase anything. They have once in a while sales where you could get great discount but they cant keep up with their promise delivery date,takes minimum of 3 months then they gonna stretched it out for another months and so on until they stretched out even your last patience of waiting for your purchased items.. so sad and disappointed, no plans to make another purchase from here in the future, i just cancelled my orders though and have no problem refunding my money back.
