O	Oliver Mortgages Dave Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager : We just wanted to pass along our thanks to Catherine who helped us retrieving a large package of cash that my elderly mother was scammed out of recently. We have tried everything we could by phoning Purolator and going through different departments and getting nowhere. We decided to go into the local branch and see if somebody could help us. We spoke to Cathrine, she was concerned empathetic and very helpful. She was able to stop shipment on one of the cash envelopes and have it returned to my mother. This means a great deal to my mother and our family and we appreciate Cathrine‘s help in this matter. Dave Oliver

Reviewed my address with them 3 whole times cos they said it was an address issue but still they kept rescheduling. Not to talk about how the customer service rep kept responding like she was falling asleep or didn't want to be there. Lousy service all together.

s	skybeacon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along with the lack of customer service, (been on hold for 30 minutes now) it would appear that to overcome their failings as a proficient courier, they feel the need to misrepresent the circumstances for their poor performance. Nov 30th 2021 Saskatoon... a beautiful day... clear as a bell, no snow, above zero, perfect day to deliver the package that reached their Saskatoon sorting facility at 5:45 am (this morning). I eagerly found this out from the tracking number as I waited around all day for my parcel delivery. Late afternoon, I go back to their website to re-view the tracking information for any updates. To my surprise... my package is held up due to 'Weather Delays - Service will resume weather permitting' . What a load! 'Purolator', if you're going to lie, at least be creative enough to make it a good one. I knew I should have gone UPS. Next time.

I was not provided a tracking number and they can't do anything without a tracking number which is pretty much what I said to her I didn't get one so now what do I do and she said blah blah blah blah blah. They should be able to track it by address I don't understand why they can't go by the address it's supposed to be delivered to I don't know does anyone else think this way. I'm going to go try and get my wheelchair . I'm not keen on Purolator. .

I was only went in for 10sec. and a lady there at customer service wearing her mask standing behind a full glass protection ask me rudely where is my mask. You can't make your on laws and force them. I walked out right away and take my business somewhere else thanks. Be nice with others and respect them.

The lady that was working there was very rude and WOULD NOT take the pre-packaged, pre-stamped parcel from her. The mandates in Saskatchewan are over and this lady made my mother feel like a second class citizen due to her medical condition. The parcel was refused. My mom got my aunt to take it in. I thought masks were a PERSONAL choice. Not cool Purolator. Not cool. The gal said it was a "National Company and they require masks." Funny.....a Purolator driver was in MY office this morning without a mask.
