★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it was actually very poor service the lady on the phone was really nice it's just the guy that delivered my wine he was really rude his name is John I don't know his last name but he wasn't very nice to me at all I go outside to pay for my wine and he hands me that debit machine he was giving me attitude n never said hi to me didn't even make conversation he's like hurry up I got other deliveries to do and I was like holy okay whatever I didn't say that but I was thinking that I thought it was very rude and as he gave me the bottle of wine there was no bag with it just gave me the bottle he's like here like I said I got other stuff to do and I just shook my head I'm like that's no way to talk to me and he just mumbled something and walked away and took off and as I went back into my apartment I went upstairs to my suite n the wine was leaking it had a crack in it so I thought he was very disrespectful like I said the lady sounded really nice and everything but John he's not very nice he doesn't know how to deal with people and how to treat them so just a warning to everybody else that might get him he's very poor at his job doesn't know how to treat customers right at all n he might give you bottles that are leaking treat you the same way he treated me so just a warning to everybody else like I said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to have some drinks delivered to my workplace (work 11 hour days), as I’m the only employee and can’t get away. Unfortunately, at 4:30pm was told that they were too busy being in the middle of their super rush for a personal run.
As far as I know, everyone is charged the same?
Not a problem, I’ll just use another service like SkipTheDishes possibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive delivery fee and driver did not even go to the right store costing me at least $7.00 more and conveniently having no change so he could pocket over a $6.00 undeserved tip . So many other delivery apps to use I wouldn’t use again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried to use their services a few times, only once did they answer the phone and service was just ok, not great.. That said the rest of the attempts at using their services have failed because they do not answer the phone. Their vm msg says to call back, I have every time. Called multiple times tonight, no answer. Waited 15 minutes, they are still open, and instead of it ringing, it went straight to vm. Waited a few more minutes and it went straight to vm again. The kind of push to vm when someone hits to deny a call.. Ya, their service sucks!
