★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to phone and order my order but when I came home with my pizza the guy on the phone did not put my ham on my pizza so I phoned and he said to bring it back because he did agree that he forgot to enter the ham on my pizza that I would have to go back and exchange it myself or he could get it delivered to me for 3.80 plus I would have to wait 40 plus minutes for it. Just because of his mistakes I would have to pay for it. He did not apologize either. So everything is on my dime time gas wear and tear on my vehicle I do not think that is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my half cooked pizza delivered. Phoned in to explain our pizza was not cooked right. Spoke to a Breanne who insisted I was the only customer to receive half cooked pizza and wanted the pizzas back. I would have had absolutely no problem giving the pizzas back but we recently tested positive for covid. I explained to her we have covid and still wanted the pizzas back. She wouldn't allow me to speak, kept talking over me. I would suggest ordering from a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was cooked to perfection... I'm talking crust was just golden brown, and it was just the right amount of crisp with each bite! As well, the waiting time was top notch service.... Originally I was told about 15 to 20 minutes until it would be ready... Just under 13 minutes and I had my order... Nice work Pizza Hut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing extra toppings I paid for. When I called to talk to management about it they said there was nothing they could do and that because it was such a small pizza there can only be so many toppings on it. Had I know that I wouldn’t have paid extra for them to put them on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what the cooks were thinking. I ordered at midnight on a saturday and the pizza was raw. I dont mean like alittle raw. I mean like barely cooked. The bottom crust was barely even golden and the other 90% of the pan crust was not cooked AT ALL. Had to do the cooks job and put in oven for another 20 mins for it to even be edible. Disgusting! No quality control?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our order was mixed up with someone else’s order - different pizzas. The lady on the phone was so nice, sympathetic and patient. They sent out another order of pizzas - upsizing it for our troubles. Very good customer service thing to do! I respectfully thanked her for asking her boss to do this for us. All in all nice workers and tasty food! Hey it happens….besides, It was Super bowl Sunday after all! Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a regular pizza 2months ago and got a super thin crust. Called and got a credit for next purchase. Didn't call to order until today to use it. Was told there was a month expire date and was unaware prior to first call. The lady who took the call kept arguing with me about a thin crust and saying they stretch it thin now. I am wondering why would they give you an option when you order of regular, stuff, "thin". And said she cannot guarantee the delivery time as they dont have a driver and ask me to pick up. ? Literally said it won't be until after lunch when it is already 11:55. ? Terrible customer service. Asked her why she is arguing with me over thin crust. And I never order thin crust. What a way to start a new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from here. I ordered online and it was easy to navigate through their resturant website. I ordered the Game Night Meal. See photos of the two ? ? medium pizzas and Boneless Bites. Everything was fresh tasting, hot (in temperature), and the bite were the best I have ever had!!!!
? ⭐ ? ⭐ ? perfect crust with not soo much cornmeal to give it that perfect flavor & crunch. I highly recommend ? ☺
