★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are winning my heart for the last few months....I have been picking up the walking deals for a while and then last night I tried to do delivery, they told it usually takes 40-45 mins, but the delivery came in about 35mins with hot and fresh pizza and wings. The driver was very polite and treated very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're picking up a night it's important to be aware what is around you. All in all, Swan dishes out a good pie. Their pick up special ($10.95 for a 2 topping 14" pizza). I really enjoy the sesame seed crust and the sauce is a good blend. Although the final product could use a little more cheese, Swan never disappoints and we'll definitely order here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There pizza is usually okay but customer service always so poor and rude and showing you down if you complaint. I ordered today i told them i didnt like the pizza and it is really undercooked, and i would like to get it exchanged , i dont want any refund just exchange the pizza with good one, the guy on the phone was soo rude and started telling me u have too much high standards and all we cant give u all that, get double toppings and all. Man i just just asked for exchange not refund that to with partially full pizza not just with empty box. Should be more helpful, if customer is rude its okay u can say anything but if someone is polite and asking nicely just respect that and be nice dont try to be oversmart and rude. If you want respect, first of all learn to give one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza through uber eats. It already took an hour to arrive. It was burnt when i got it and they didn't even add any toppings as I requested. One could literally get sick from eating it. I paid almost $25 for it. When I called the store, they told me call to uber eats and did not even apologize. Uber eats are only responsible for delivery, they did not even make that pizza. I would've called uber eats if i needed the refund. I just wanted to talk to someone in the store and let them know. I am so dissappointed with your customer service. Your employees need to do better job.
Had to dump in the garbage (pls request for the pictures if needed)
