I’d give them 0. Stay away from them if possible. They delivered my package to a different address and instead of helping to retrieve it. They have ignored all of my calls . Once I get through to the help line and give my tracking number they hang up!! Is this company even legit or are they reselling mail.

I would rate this company zero stars if possible. Our large IKEA order has been sitting for well over a week in the TForce warehouse, with no ability to track and no responsiveness when trying to find out when it might be delivered. We only were informed that our order has been sitting in the city after contacting IKEA customer service — the TForce folks can’t even be bothered to confirm that they are holding our order. TForce is unreliable, unprofessional, and awful all around. I really wish companies would not use TForce as a third-party service, as it truly sours the customer service experience.

I just received notification of another delivery attempt after waiting almost a week since the last one. No phone call, no buzzer, no attempt was actually made. At this point I will never receive my package! Update: After a few emails back and forth spanning multiple days to get each reply, I still don't have my package and no new attempt has been made. Luckily the retailer has re-shipped my package with another courier as I don't believe this package is making it to me ever.

First time receiving a package from this company, Best buy’s guarantee was that it would be delivered the next day as their warehouse is literally already in my city. Tried to get in touch and they said they have it but couldn’t attempt delivery till Sunday or possibly Monday. Then suddenly it says it may arrive today by 9pm, but doesn’t even say if it’s out for delivery or if thats just a delivery timeline. Kept trying to get in touch with someone but it says there’s no one to talk to on the weekend. Waiting all day long and there’s no guarantee it’ll even come today or tomorrow but don’t want to risk missing it. Wish I could just pick it up myself from the warehouse instead of waiting all day. Update: this is the first company in Canada I’ve seen with customer service not even based in Canada or at least U.S based. The customer service is based overseas and it’s very frustrating because they just relay information back and forth but nothing actually happens. I’ve been expecting this package for almost a week and most days not even leaving the house to avoid missing it. Since then there’s been one attempted delivery where I never even got contacted or called for them to enter my building, so I had no way to even make sure if they attempted it or not. And then dozens of emails and phone calls since then to see why my package hadn’t been moving from their warehouse when it’s literally based 15 minutes away from me. This company is 100% not next day delivery, so please keep that in mind if you don’t mind waiting days for a package and losing your mind not knowing what’s happening to it.

I agree with all the other reviews. Customer service is not necessarily terrible but essentially useless. I had problems previously with missed packages so this time in attempts to be proactive I called TForce ahead of time to establish a time for delivery as I was expecting a delivery the following day but the representative told me that they have not yet received my package so it will not be delivered that day so I left my house on that day under the assumption no delivery attempt was going to be made but lo and behold I receive a notification that I had missed a delivery attempt. I then try to call them again to establish a delivery date and time so that I can be prepared to accept the package but the representative was unable to give me a date and time range. It is frustrating trying to accommodate their delivery by changing scheduled plans to ensure I am home to accept the delivery. I dont think it's fair to expect customers to be home all day to accept packages without giving any alternatives i.e. established delivery date and time range or pick up option. They really need to figure it out.

I have never submitted a review in my life, but I’m done playing nice. Being displeased with my experience is putting it lightly. This courier company is holding my package hostage at this point for going on two weeks. On March 1st a delivery attempt was made and I got a phone call from the delivery driver who claimed she was with DHL. I set up a different address that would suit me better seeing as how any other company would have delivered it whether I was home or not. The rest of the story is lies, empty promises, and terrible customer service. I’ve been promised multiple drop off dates and they never happen. The last two phone calls I had with support they told me that the address update has not been acknowledged on their end yet and that “there is nothing we can do at this point, we will contact you with any further information”. After reading these other reviews, I fear that the only thing this company will do right is send my package back when “x” amount of days pass. I can’t pick it up, I can’t find out where it is, this company seems like a scam. Oh and by the way, customer support is in India.

Not a terrible customer help line. However, this company needs a MASSIVE face lift. It’s 2022 and package delivery is as needed as ever…. So, why is there no pick up available? Why is tracking information so bleak? Why do i have to call the company in order to give instructions on how to better contact your customers? There should be enhanced options for these areas which include: more options available to receive packages, increased information regarding delivery and better methods for drivers to communicate with package recipients. Feel free to contact me for ideas, looking for a job in supply management/marketing sectors(s) ;)

Delivery message said they tried but could not get access to the building. It is a large condo unit and we have no problems with UPS, DHL or Amazon getting into the building. Then they said we could not pickup due to COVID. You would think after two years they would have figured out a safe pickup option. Then they told me they would resend it out again within 24-48 hours from me contacting them. Nothing!! And now they won't return my emails. Where are our parcels going? They are not being returned because I checked with the vendor. As well, I checked with the delivery service that transferred the item to them once over the border. Where are our items? Is someone stealing them? Resale maybe? I will be going further with this...this cannot be legal!!!
