★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my friend to get his piercing and the piercer was super rude and unprofessional towards me. After my friend came out he said it was because she liked him and thought I was his girlfriend. Super unprofessional. Will definitely not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 50 dollars of 2 hinged nose rings and cannot wear them because they are too thick.
Wasn't able to move my mask down for the rude girl so she could see what I was currently wearing. She stated under no circumstances, was I able to lower my mask. I didnt even ask.
Told if I wanted to have my nose sized I'd have to have proof of a negative covid test.
I should've told them too keep their rings .
I can't return for proper size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my snake bites done here. They are uneven. I was just able to change my jewelry out and put hoops in like I told the piercer I wanted which they wouldn't do only bars and they are too high for rings. They are supposed to rest on the top of your lips and instead they sit so high above they push into my top lip while I have my mouth open I can't even close my mouth with them in and they look horrible. Do not get a piercing here. EVER!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like quite a few people are upset about how "unprofessional" this place has been but I have to say that I feel like they are misinterpreting the comfortablity and easygoing-ness of the business. I had an incredibly complex piercing done last monday and wow was that ever a great experience. Hats off to Dean for doing such a crazy piercing and making me laugh the entire time. I may have shed a tear at one point from having a bad day and then having an outlet but it really felt like it was the place to do it. It was so nice and easygoing, but sterile and safe. Rae was watching and helping throughout the process too so I had quite a bit of attention! Please note: Dean LOVES to tease, whether you like it or not. Rae is a total sweetheart though and had offered me some tissues (I was having a rough day), I didn't even have to ask! Great place over all! Had an amazing experience and connection with the staff. I Highly recommend taking the other comments with a grain of salt and feeling the atmosphere for yourself. Once more, HIGHLY recommend.

TLDR: They sold me the wrong size of plug and refused to exchange and only offered me 15% off a new pair.
I had my plugs sized by them at Christmas so my bf could get me new ones, they gave him a piece of paper with the size and he went and bought some from them from what they told him.
I don't wear earrings often so I didn't go to wear them until recently, at which point I immediately found out
They SOLD him the WRONG size, despite him having the measurements right there.
I wasn't sure if they mislabeled them or misread the size he requested.
So I went in to see what could be done.
I said I understood if I couldn't get a refund, but even an exchange for equal or lesser valuable would be totally fine.
They took forever to measure the size, didn't admit they sized them wrong but agreed it was the wrong size, and offered me "15% off on a new pair"
15% off, on a $80 pair of earrings, that they mislabeled.
Even 50% would have been understandable, but 15%?
For a mistake they made and now I have to eat that cost.
I have bought all my jewelry here for over 8 years throughout all the changes and I will NEVER shop here again.
What a huge rip off and disrespect to long term customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray was nothing but full of sunshine. It was such a pleasure having her and everyone at the front desk be part of my septum piercing process. Absolutely love how humble everyone was. I could legit be friends with Ray. She just made me feel so comfortable and welcome. So many of these shops come with bad attitudes and not enough educated staff so having such a great experience here, blew every other place in Red Deer out of the park. I'll definitely be back and referring friends to come here. Much love, guys.

Went here for a piercing and had a great experience with the piercer, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything extremely well. The front staff were prompt in assisting me and also very friendly and helpful in explaining jewellery options.
Definitely recommend !
