★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my 6 year old daughter to clairs to get her ears peirsed. The lady, crystal, was AMAZING. She was so nice and has a way with kids. She was so careful to be gentle and hide the piersing gun from sight. She was patient and very helpful to my daughter to help her not be scared. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting ear piersing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4 year old niece has been begging to get her ears peirced so my sister brought her here. Frederick was incredible with her. He talked to her the whole time so she was night and calm and taught her how to care for them in 4 year old terms ! Thank you so so much Fredrick for making her day and for being so great !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my daughter’s bday party there. We all had a blast. The girls said they would give it an 11.5 out of 10. Spa La La La Party was a blast. Fredrick was amazing and kept the girls entertained from beginning to end.

We told the girl at least 3 times she had a dance recital and had to take them out and all she said was oh yes she will be fine to take them out for a few hours. Anyway they grew over and gave us no customer service just said sorry your luck and the manager never called us back. Will never go back for anything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty irritated, went into Claires in the early afternoon on august 5th to get ears pierced with a friend and it was a bit busy, so we were told to come back later. We came back a few hours later around 6 and there was barely anyone in the store but were told to come back in 15 minutes to get our ears pierced, and when we came back 15 mins later, the lady told us she would not have time to pierce our ears even though there was no one in the store, and they were still open another 40 minutes. Really dissapointed that we drove there twice, and made 3 visits just to be sent away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to find stuff for my kids found a few items off a sales rack and was charged full price asked if they were not on sale was told no they are on the sale stand but are full price. Nothing but a store full of over priced garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not work for this company! If you mention having any kind of disability or being on aish, they will NOT hire you. They will assume you are lazy, have alot of appointments so you will be missing work and so on. Manager doesn't train for the appropriate position or what task you would be doing. It's alot of back stabbing and drama, highly don't recommend this place!
