Most of my experiences here have been great! The majority of the girls are wonderful to interact with. Unfortunately today I was pretty disappointed with the service. Due to COVID, samples are currently not available to be requested. I have sensitive, reactive, acne prone skin so finding something that gets along with it as well as matches my skin tone (very fair) can be difficult. The last few products I’d purchased were recommended to me and I was β€˜colour matched’ in store; upon using the products they either oxidized or didn’t get on well with my skincare products or skin in general. Fair, not all products will work! However, it is to my understanding that it isn’t an employees job to police people doing returns. I was told she could provide a store credit only (no return which is fine), and she went on to highlight that this is β€œthe fourth product we will be throwing out” - this doesn’t come out of your paycheck and I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable with her reaction. I give the products a good few days of wear (if the colour match wasn’t horribly off) and if the product doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. I’m not going to keep a product at home that I won’t ever use. Perhaps she was having an off day, but I do believe she could use a refresher in her training on how to interact with others. I accepted the store credit, apologized and explained the issue, she snapped back several times about us now being able to swatch on skin - cool, but how am I able to then take that home and test is for a few days? I’m not. Hopefully my next experience with her is a pleasant one.

Nice store but very busy. Lots of people in my space. Plenty of staff. Huge selection.

I went in for a very specific color of eye shadow and they said they are always out of it. In my world, if something is in the demand, I always ensure I have extra. :) other than that though the ladies that served me were top notch

My shopping experience Feb 15, 2022 never happened, service denied due to me not wearing a mask. This didn't used to be an issue before. They also refused to provide the service outside of the store. Too bad. The Bay was smarter and was rewarded with my $$$.

It's a good Sephora and while the staff is helpful and nice, they aren't as knowledgeable as some of the bigger centers like Chinook or SouthCenter.

I attended this Sephora awhile back. It was my first time. I was overwhelmed at first. But staff member Nayab was amazing. She took such good care of me. I didn’t know what I was doing, but she cheerfully and kindly led the way. She provided an excellent experience. I’ll go back just for staff like her. Thank you! ?

Large selection which is nice. Although a lot of very expensive cosmetics. The staff is straight up rude here. They look at you like you have 2 heads and if you ask them for help they act like they are doing you a favor that they really can't be bothered with. I have been in multiple times and had many different staff I have spoken to. Just because I am not currently wearing make up, doesn't mean that I don't nor does it mean I don't have money to spend. Perhaps a friendlier more helpful staff would excel this store in customer service.
