Ive been working on my blonde hair for over a year.. finally got it to about where i wanted it to be just wanted to tone out some of the brass... well one blonde lady long hair came up to me and tried to explain this will take out the orange and make it silvery just as she said she uses it on herself... lies! My hair is brown now. Don't take their advice at all! Go talk to a real hair dresser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed in their managing staff. I've never heard of a place not excepting resumes unless you have open availability for 4 days specifically specified by the store. Everyone has commitments and may not be available every time on those specific days. Is this discriminatory? If not illegal? Even if it's not it's darn rude! Basically saying they don't care about quality staffing only availability, not a good face for a company to put on, defiantly purchasing my salon supply's elsewhere from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m assuming it was the manager, a blonde lady. She was super unfriendly to me and in a degrading tone said “you’re not a hair stylist though, are you?” while one of the other employees was telling me the sales that were going on. She was also very rude to the other staff, one of the girls was looking for a tag gun and she rudely said “what do you think you’re doing?” She is definitely on some sort of power trip. The sign on the door stated that masks were appreciated but she had hers slung around her chin. Employees were also wearing gloves, spreading germs on everything they touch including my phone and debit card, if you’re going to be touching peoples personal items you should be wearing your mask properly, washing your hands and wiping the items you touch off before handing them back to the customer.
