They have always returned my calls, and were helpful, friendly and caring. Great customer service and great rates, wouldn't think about taking my business anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car was rear ended while sitting at a light on Dec. 19, 2021. As of today January 17 our car was dropped off at First Choice. All State (Austin Gilmet) was supposed to send them a claim # to start repairs. They haven't heard from them!!! We have tried several times to contact him and he will not return our calls. We were supposed to have a replacement vehicle from Enterprise. All State did not contact them. We have been with AllState for quite a number of years. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. Will certainly not recommend to anyone.
