★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, they don't tell you everything when changing insurance companies. Paid my monthly insurance payments for over 9 years without any issues. Even after Platinum Insurance admits to the wrong doing, they want nothing to do with me. Platinum Insurance won't even call me back and give me 9 minutes of the owners time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been more underwhelmed by an insurance company in my 12 years of needing insurance. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In the 3 years that i have dealt with BrokerLink Wetaskiwin i have had 4 different adjusters, as well as been made to jump through hoops and call the people above them (insurance suppliers) to get most things done. As well remember to get quotes from other places your only helping yourself out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So terrible! After days of trying to get ahold of someone, anyone we were ensured a policy completed forms and temporary slip within the hour! This was at 12:30 this afternoon, now 5:30 and still nothing!!!! The worst service, have never had such a run around!!!!
