Staff then had the nerve to show me attitude. Zero courtesy for customers. Boggles the mind how they can even work here. Do not bother with this place. Go to One Stop, they are cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if that was an option. One staff lady in particular, the three times I've been in there I've had her twice and every time she's miserable. Instant attitude, talks to you like a mom scolding her child. Complete garbage to deal with. Just gross.

I don’t recommend you go there at all. Because they will fail you and all they need is your money. The staff are so rude I feel so sorry for them probably they have miserable life that’s why they are always grumpy and don’t know how to deal the customers. The examiner was terrible she has pink short hair plus rude woman and 100% she you will fail, if you will take your test road with her. Today I went to do my road test I was two minutes late she didn’t even go outside of her room to do my test road. That was one of my biggest mistakes in my life when I went this place. Off course I’m not gonna go to this place again. I recommend you go to One stop Licence shop Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely ignorant staff. got mad at me for the government messing up my papers so they told me to go in person to fix them and that's how I'm treated? I do not recommend this company whatsoever. I went to one-stop and got excellent customer service not other customers telling me to gain respect after being treated so poorly. I got threatened with a fight on their premises. if you're thinking about going there for their "friendliest customer service" you are dead wrong. don't waste your money or your gas.

She was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and took all my disorganization in stride with kindness. Best experience I have had at a registry by far. I hope Vital shares good reviews with their staff, Alysa needs to know she's doing fantastic, vital blessed to have her on their team!
