★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was nice and accommodating and treated me better than other Shoppers locations in the city. However, they really need to fix their Google maps pin. It is incredibly inconvenient to be running around all over the city looking for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just so everybody knows, cause I didn't, apparently the delivery guy has access to all your personal medical information. When I complained that he had information that he just shouldn't, I was told that he needs access to your information so he knows where you live so he can deliver the medication to the right address, which makes no sense because the address is on the label on the bag. The delivery guy does not need to know my insurance provider, or if my meds are name brand or not or what the medication is in order to deliver them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security is a joke in this place, they follow people around for no apparent reason. They’ll Call the cops on people for sitting outside in their vehicles before coming in. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. I recommend the horn street shoppers over this one any day of the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than one Star I would. I had to pick up a prescription for my 4 yr old the other evening. Now we were the only people in the store and the pharmacist said it would be about 20 minutes so I figured we would just look around while we waited. I understand people shoplift that's why they have security and cameras, but who the he'll would turn in a prescription with their name on it then go steal stuff. Not only was the security guard practically looking over my shoulder but they also had one of the what I can only assume is a shelf stocker follow me into every single aisle, they didn't even try to be sneaky and watch from afar they were practically on top of me the entire time. It was iritating because I don't want to slam into someone everytime I turn around because your following that close to me. Then the pharmacist knowing I'm giving the prescription to a child and knowing the pills have to be quartered didn't even do it for me. If I have to spend $145 dollars getting a prescription I expect better service. I think I'll be going to a different pharmacy from now on as this is ridiculous. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wasn't my first unpleasant experience at this location but it will be my last. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
During the mask epidemic I went in to purchase some masks, makeup and perfume. The staff was beyond rude I just left without buying anything!
This last time it took the staff forever just to unlock the perfume. Sorry to have inconvenienced you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Google location address is right (#1, 6320 50th Ave Red deer) BUT its pinned wrong which is 7 mins from the actual address right accross from Parkland mall) so first wasted my time finding this place then, staff was not so courteous gave me 20 mins to pick up the prescription when I went back after 20 mins then they argued that its just been 5 mins and comeback in 15 mins. No courtesy to say sorry we are busy and wasted your time. Never coming back to this location.
