★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to get my 2 year old check due to sever cough the person on the phone says I can go they have few more spot so I did. Then when I am there I was told they are full??! Did not even consider my childs condition his crying due to discomfort and paid. From the time I called its been 20 mins only. They says they still have a few spot not 1 or 2 spot. They are so inconsiderable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they are open they dont answer the phone when someone is trying to call wanting to find out information that is not right even if they are open on holiday hours they dont let me make an appointment to get my husband who is a type 2 diabetic needed to get his blood results back plus a new perscription for his meds they would not cooperate with me at all they just dont care about anybodys health at all trying to make an appointment is IMPOSSIBLE they just say come in at 8am as a walk in maybe they should listen when told something is important .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ witnessed their employee Jodi going crazy at canadian tire today, she was freaking out and swearing at the young employee there all while shouting where she worked. will NEVER be going to this clinic again after seeing how she treats people! Truly sickening behaviour...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Dr. Kotze refused to help my 16 year old daughter as I asked about the side effects of a certain medication. Told us to go find a different doctor as my daughters issue is not an emergency. Do not recommend this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a doctor that doesn't care, acts like you're an inconvenience, that interrupts you while you're trying to explain why you're there and you want to leave feeling like you just wasted your time, this is the perfect place for you! Dr. P & Dr. O are clearly in the wrong profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here as a walk in and the receptionist is passive agressive to almost every one who came in, especially with females. She also has no right in telling someone that their problem is not that important...who im the.....does she think she is.
She is rude and when myself and other people tried saying anything she would accuse them as being rude and said to 2 other ladies that they can just leave if they are not happy.
I have never seen anyone of her status be so demeaning.
by the reception staff, which I find is a rare thing.

was amazing, very kind, caring and the best doctor I have seen in a very long time who actually listened.went out of his way to help.
I highly recommend him ?
