Have been their client for 6 years now and have never been treated bad. Pat’s attention for perfection of glass fitting and balancing it for perfect fit on your face is always appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not worth going here. The 2 stars are for the nice reception, but everything felt rushed and the exams were not done thoroughly. I've been going to different vision centers in different cities, but they're the only ones that only took 5 minutes to do the eye exam, and didn't talk to me about my astigmatism. When the doctor was doing the eye exam, he just asked if I see the letters on the screen, which is only one size, and moved on to the other eye. He didn't try to thoroughly check if there's a better lens prescription, like how I've had my exams done. I don't know if the prescription they've given me is accurate. I have to get a second opinion to be sure. It feels like I've been robbed. I'm never going back.
Update: My eye exam got rescheduled and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Liamzon. She truly cared for her patient based on the exams she conducted, and how she carefully explained to me how the exams would work and what they entail. I can truly trust the new prescription she gave me. If you end up booking an appointment here, I would recommend requesting Dr. Liamzon.

Shout out to Vanessa and James for Always being welcoming and knowing what I need even though I'm so indecisive! Side note.... sure do miss having Leigha doing my pretesting! Love the new location guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist I spoke with should NOT be in customer service. Luckily, the rest of the employees were knowledgeable and highly motivated to get my issue solved. No one should be subjected to the rudeness I experienced from this individual. Wait times are long on prescription safety glasses. It's been over a month and still waiting. The office was nice, clean and well maintained.
