★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff at the store (and optometrist next door)are friendly, welcoming and excellent to deal with. Shout out to Danny as he is our go to man!! He is excellent; knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you get not only the best deal, but also exactly what you need (balanced well with what you might WANT- which is not always 100% the same)...we are admittedly not the most decisive, or easiest customers to deal with...so kudos, and thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for just an eye exam today, they got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment!
The girls up front were incredibly nice and Dr Kutlerywala is the best optometrist I have ever had! He answered my many questions and explained the answers throughly!
Definitely my go to for eye exams as you just can’t top the service and kindness from the staff!

Purchased glasses there just over two years ago
Brought them back just after warranty ran out. Deckles were falling off the side
It was missing a screw and they could not find the screw to match the frame
Next to glasses bent when they were reheated they came back to shape but as soon as they cool down they went back to being bent.
I was informed by LensCrafters they were not positive they had frames that would fit those lens. So basically have to start all over again with new lens and new frames. Certainly not much customer service at this location
Will definitely not be going back
Sad when they tell you that it’s just too bad for you. Everyone should really
check the reviews on customer service when they purchase from a company
Even if there was a problem at least they could do was try to rectify it
Can’t see beyond the end of their nose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve shopped here a few times and not every experience has been the same. They have a good selection of frames and are always running a good promotion but this time i had an unfortunate experience with them. I was greeted like any other store but the help I received was subpar. I was helped by one of their male staff who didn’t really seem to care about his job. I didn’t know if he was having a hard day so I passed it off as “one of those days” as most retail workers will understand. He insisted that he didn’t need to keep my prescription paper as he wrote it down in their system but not wanting any mistakes I insisted that he should just hold onto it as it doesn’t serve me any purpose while my glasses are being made. He reluctantly agreed to take it. A week passes and I receive my new glasses, I’m being helped by the same guy who seems to be in the same mood I delt with last time. He offered very little help with adjustments to my new glasses and sent me on my way. A week later I have to come back because I couldn’t see out of my left eye. I was helped by a lady who was much more understanding and served me with what I believed to be a smile underneath her mask. With her help we determined that the wrong prescription was imputed into my file and now I have to wait another week until my prescription can be ordered in again. Overall I enjoy what LensCrafters has to offer for their frames but I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to shop here due to the customer service I received. In total I paid for two sets of glasses and waiting over 3 weeks for them to be in working order. Over those 3 weeks I had to deal with headaches and eye pain, I wasn’t able to preform certain tasks at work proficiently and I wasn’t able to drive safely during certain times of the day.
