Our appointments are always on time and the staff is very organized and professional. I highly recommend Red Deer Eye Care Centre.

Could of possibly got the glasses a bit cheaper, but the service and follow ups means more to me than the saving of a few dollars. Especially for complex eye issues, this is the place to go for the best service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had excellent care as always. I have been coming to Red Deer Eyecare over 25 years, even when I lived in Calgary and even now that I live in Edmonton. The staff are awesome and they always help me pick out frames that are flattering. My prescription is always perfect. I tried a different place once in Calgary, spent over 2000.00 and couldn't focus with the lenses they put in. It was a huge fight so I went back to Red Deer Eyecare. I will always make the trip because I have always been satisfied with the whole process. They make it a fun experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff and service. Have been going here 5+years and the only complaint I have is that they will not provide pupil distance measurement when asked.?? We had just spent over $700 on glasses for my husband and wanted this measurement in order to buy a much cheaper second pair online to have as backup. The fact that the woman helping us measured this twice while fitting the glasses and refused to give out this information is extremely frustrating and I will certainly think twice about coming here again.
