★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so impressed with the service we have received from the Optometrists and service staff at Bower Eye Care.
They have looked after our needs in a very professional and courteous manner for years and we would highly recommend them.
Unfortunately due to an address change we have recently changed to another practice so we will definitely miss them.
Thanks again for your excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very pleased on how Dr. Arshad Ali treats his patients really well. He is so professional and very kind. What Im not really impressed about is the receptionist ladies there. I find them quite rude. No proper greetings. They dont smile. They dont even say thank you, have a great day. I bought a contact lense there today and after the transaction, I gave the lady the debit machine back after using it and she handed me the contact lense with no words. If it wasnt for the doctor, I would not go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors here. I bring my whole family here for their check ups. I have been using this office for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience with the doctors or the ladies at the front desk. They were great with my daughter and helped me to understand that her eyes were healthy and gave me tips to keep her eyes safe. They took the time to answer my questions, unlike other places where you are pushed through like cattle. Some of the places I called wanted to charge me $150 for a routine exam but these guys were much lower AND they direct billed it to my insurance. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had the most excellent service here today! Dr. Minesh Kutlerywala and the receptionists were so accommodating! He had a malfunction with his new glasses and the Dr. fit him in and rechecked his perscription and gave it a bit of a tweak. New lenses have been ordered and disaster has been diverted. 2020 has been a rotten year so it's really nice to have people go above and beyond to help a person out. WAY TO GO "BOWER EYE CARE"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed when I came in this evening for a walk in eye exam. The wonderful gentleman at LensCrafters tried to get me in but the doctor had already left for the day. Thankfully the other office in the mall got me in last minute. FYI if your hours say open till 6 you should probably have a doctor till then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So accommodating, I called late morning and they were able to get me in at 3pm same day. The Doctor was so friendly, personable and professional. He answered my MANY (never ending) questions and I left feeling like I had a better understanding of the things I was concerned about. He wasn’t pushy to sell anything, took his time educating me and nothing at all felt rushed. I feel confident strongly recommending this vision centre to anyone, it was a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children were due for an eye exam and I couldn’t recall the name of the clinic we normally go to in Bower. When I called in and described the location, they assured me I called the correct place. It wasn’t. I had been misled. I should have cancelled at that moment, but went through with the appointments anyway. After checking in, I was then told I would have to pay $50 out of pocket for each child for a specific test AHS doesn’t cover. This had never been explained. The receptionist made me feel so small when I said I wasn’t going to pay it. Surely this is something that should be explained prior to the appointments?
We will never go back. It was a terrible experience all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Dr. Minesh Kutlerywala for almost 5 years now. The front desk team is polite and very helpful. Dr. Kutlerywala is very professional, courteous, thorough and has great chairside manners. He is kid friendly, and my daughter always looks forward to her eye appointment and has been learning about eyes and why a routine check up is needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Kutlerywala for their eye exams. Him and his team is truly amazing!!
