Dr. Peter Lee - Red Deer

Excellent Doctor and staff, would definitely recommend!

Dr Lee is very good at his job and his staff is very friendly.

Dr Peter Lee is a very amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. However, his secretary needs to be dismissed. She is rude. Also I called April 17, 2019 with my eye being sore and red. Also the pupil part of the eye had a white circle. I called because I am a patient of Dr. Peter lee. I explained to the secretary what is going on. Her response was oh Dr Lee is only in the morning. When I have had emergency situations before with other eye doctors they would squeeze me in. I told her I think it is an eye infection. She told me to go see a walk in Dr a family Dr. I said I am sure if you told DR lee what is going on he would squeeze me in. She just kept saying go to the family Dr. I went to the walk in clinic. The dr looked in my eye, and said eye infection and gave me antibotic drops. Told me you need to see Dr peter lee asap I called April 18, 2019 same secretary picked up and said he isnt in. I said why are you there then? She said because there are people coming in for a visual field. I told her you could have squeezed me In yesterday. I have an eye infection you know with eye infections you can lose vision. Do you think a family doctor has the tools to find out what type it is? She said the family doctor should have called the on call dr. I said he told me to see Dr. Peter lee asap. She said you will have to get a hold of the on call Dr. I said what is the phone number. She said you will have to go to the family dr again and see the on call Dr. I hung up on the phone and called the eye care center. I told them everything, especially the rude b word secretary and they told me to come in asap they will squeeze me in. I find out I have a corneal ulcer which is from an eye infection I have to take two eye drops and an ointment at bed time. Tomorrow I see the on call opthamologist which eye care center the dr called him and explained everything. So needless to say, Dr peter lee will keep losing patients with this secretary she needs to retire. I will be bringing this up to Peter lee in Sept when I see him and see what he says. I think he needs to know that she doesnt care for his patients at all. Is just there for the pay cheque.

Referred here from the hospital, waiting a bit long, staff does seem to care and do their best. If you come in Monday from a weekend hospital referral be aware that they are busy!

Dr. Lee was great!! Prompt, very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him to others of any age who needed a wonderful Opthamologist. He took extra care to ensure we understood everything he explained. A very nice guy! "Thanks Dr. Lee!"

Yeah fast service my patootie I brought my mother here 4 times n each time was 2 to 3 hours wait time today again sat there 2 hours over and yeah front desk everyone says she needs to get fired and I seriously agree people have lives and things to do besides sitting there for hours waiting and let’s not forget the time you wait and wait and he is still not on the office woohoo now that’s fun. Get a clue or mayby just get someone that’s actually there for his patients just saying .......

My doctor referred me to see Dr. Lee for cataract surgery. I wanted to write a review because I am extremely happy with the results. Staff was also great.

I love the front reception. She is always on my team and ready to help me out when I loose track of my appointments. She stays calm while I freak out. Dr.Lee is fantastic and I always leave feeling better and informed. 5/5
