★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Boston pizza has the worst customer service and management. We were trying to send back our appetizer to the kitchen as it was incorrect but our server couldn’t be found. We had to wait until our main dishes arrived to send it back. We went the entire meal without a quality check or refills on our drinks. I had to approach the front desk to find a staff member. When we mentioned this to the manager “Donna” she just said “oh” and walked away. She didn’t apologize or explain the situation. We could also hear swearing from the kitchen when we had a minor with us. Will NEVER return to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered glass of wine, water and a goat cheese salad with grilled chicken breast. Got water, 20 min later got salad, no cutlery, no wine, no chicken breast. Finally got cutlery and wine. Chicken breast came so over cooked the edges were not edible....couldn't even cut with a knife. Wish I could share photos of the food pretty disgusting. They comped chicken and wine but who cares....I was Hungry, I came to eat. I left hungry. Won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was pretty cool i appreciate the free balloon animals. waiter and balloon animal maker were so friendly i think this is the best boston pizza i have been to yet. i attached a picture of me and my friends and look how happy we are that the food was warm and came quickly and we got balloon animals
