I	Inna Muzenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This grooming store is unprofessional period.my dog's haircut was horrible.daisy is a yorkie and all I asked for was to give her a yorkie look and explained that I want to cut all unwanted hair on her tummy,intimate zones,around her paws,pony tail on her head,cut nails and get yorkie ears.it wasn't done in full.hair has never been cut on her tummy.even if I said that I want to keep a skirt,the chest and tummy have to be groomed.my dog was bleeding? and made my truck and husbands jeans covered in blood?.her pony tail,some hair at the front was simply grabbed and cut in a wild manner...she looked like homeless dog.it not worth of paying 50 bucks after you have to clean truck and wash all cloth after my dogs blood.she keeps licking it non stop and I'm not sure if other dogs are vaccinated because she doesn't keep them in a kennel separately.they all interact.i have taken some pictures just not be baseless and will be posting them on yelp as a proof.i can not attach anything here. Recommendation:when your customers come,offer them a brochure with different cuts for different breeds. Conclusion: Definately I'm not bringing my dog.i better pay extra to fetch house than bring my dog to get stressed and hurt.very disappointed.it broke my heart when I saw my dog bleeding and groomed in bizarre manner. ??
H	Haley B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She did a horrible job. Super patchy. I got home and had to take my hubby's trimmer and fix him. She also shaved so close to his skin she took off his skin. She has a warning sign when you walk in saying "accidents happen" but my dog sits super nice for haircuts their should have been no way he got cut.

As soon as I walked in the door I hit a wall of cigarette smoke, following that Audrey grabbed my cat by the scruff of the neck to get her from my end of the counter to hers. When I came to pick her up I noticed the cut was patchy, longer in some areas and way to short in others. Fast forward 4 months later and my cats coat is completely ruined! It has come back patchy and unnaturally thin. No longer will I provide this UNPROFESSIONAL business. My honest opinion, this place needs to be shut down!

I took them to another place and they didn't get the care I wanted for them so someone told me about Furraris. When I went there Audry was hand on and very friendly. Audry asked questions about my dogs and how I would want them cut. I felt that she cared about how the dogs are treated. She said that they would not be caged and I thought the idea of that was great. It give my boys the feeling of being I a doggie play area. To me I thought this would make it a stress free place. When I picked them up the look awesome. They got the cuts I asked for, where they have never had by any one else. To me koodoos to her. The only place I well ever take my babies. And they loved her.

In all of our dealings with Audrey and her business, we were always treated with respect and our animals loved her. Despite what others may say, we will miss her dearly and she will be very hard to replace.

I’ve read a lot of negative comments on here about how awful she was, in my experience Audry ROCKED!!!!! She was kooky in a charming way. She’s been grooming my dogs for over 5 years. One time I went in to get my dogs & my shitzu had tried to bite her so she gave him a Mohawk. She said if he was gonna act like a badass he might as well look like one too. She always listened to my requests & cut the dogs accordingly. Her prices were fair, she always got the dogs in the same week you called & she was always so happy & outgoing. I personally am going to really miss her & my boys never seemed to mind spending the afternoon with her either. RIP Audry

When I would pick Lily up, she was always happy, playful and content. I was never disappointed. Audrey was also very accommodating. I loved her spunky personality too. RIP Audrey!!
