★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience here. Every single staff member I dealt with was helpful, and so kind. They did a great job cleaning and trimming my dogs fur. I was also overjoyed when I picked her up she didn't seem stressed out, or scared, she was happy. I would definitely go there again, and recommend them. I think their pricing was fair, I could just imagine how difficult their job can be at times, so it's well deserved. I didn't take much time looking around the shop but they seem to have a vast selection of products. I purchased some treats, and was happy to know that they are made locally in Alberta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was incredibly pleased to see they could fit me in on such short notice! My boyfriend has an intact Rottweiler named King and they were able to accommodate him so quick! He smelt so clean, was in great spirits, his nails weren't sharp on the edges, they were buffed perfectly (definitely a first for us). Jenna did an impeccable job and was so patient with him, she was wonderful! I also loved that a reminder text was sent the day prior, I will most definitely be back and recommend to others!
