★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this store twice and 200% satisfying!! First time I went to this store is my old macbook got screen flash problem and Apple store ask for $1200 bucks that's crazy. This store fixed my macbook only 1/10 costs of apple, one years later it still works awesome. So this time I tried to build a computer system from this store, their staff are patient and nice, they didn't fool me cuz im a girl, they explained everything to me gently and patiently. I will definitely go to this store again if i get any trouble with laptop/pc in future!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 6 year old, refurbished desktop computer yesterday. Frank showed me various computers, I chose to buy and he put all in a box. Great. Got it home and began sanitizing everything. What I found, especially in between the keys on the keyboard, was absolutely disgusting. Hair, lots of little food particles, lots of dust, of which was all over the other pieces of the computer. The computer itself, works great. The screen had a line through it when I turned it on. I took both the keyboard and monitor back today. Showed Frank pictures I took last night of above items. I let him know that equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned and working properly BEFORE selling it. Frank replaced both items, but had to be prompted to clean them, TWICE. No offer of partial refund for my extensive time last night, using my own disinfectant wipes, to clean the mess on the computer. Not impressed with most any of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a computer for basic functions, for online business. I was greeted immediately, and he was friendly. Mentioned what I was looking for, and he showed a few that he had on the floor (and not just the highest priced ones, either). He entertained questions that I had about certain units, and did confirm the upgrades they had done to them. Pretty good service, and cheap computers that in my honest opinion are much better than the store bought ones, that may be bogged down by so many useless apps and programs.
