Papa John's Pizza - Red Deer

I love me some Papa John's, but this location may just be the most inconsistent pizza place going. One day it's great the next time it's skimpy toppings, and the crust is all bubbles. The one time I complained to the manager he outright called me a liar. Save yourself from mediocrity, order somewhere else.

I ordered a Pizza a couple weeks ago late into the evening and when it arrived the dough underneath the sauce wasn't cooked, it was a gooey texture. I immediately called the store to mention this issue and I was told that because they are soon to close that they wouldn't be able to send out a replacement pizza (understandable) and that the Store Manager is away for a couple days but when she returns, she will give me a call and then I would be reimbursed or compensated a new pizza ( No problem, great). Fast forward a couple days and I still did not receive a phone call, so I called the store to find out what was going on. The Manager was still not back and I was informed that my case was noted in the system and that I would be called when shes back. Almost a week goes by and at that point I totally forgot about the pizza until after work one day I remembered that I was owed a pizza so I called the store to find out why I wasn't called and to place my order. The Manager had picked my phone call up and I mentioned why I was calling and she noted that she knew there was a complaint but wasn't too sure what the problem was. I believe a simple conversation with her co-worker would suffice and she would have been brought up to speed. After a brief discussion she said " I have no way to prove that you didn't eat that pizza and a compensation was out of the question". Like I previously mentioned I had called the store as soon as I took my first bite and noticed that the crust was not cooked at all. The Manager was still persistent, and showed no regard for this issue and refused to reimburse me or send out a compensation pizza. I have ordered countless pizza's from Papa Johns with zero issues and the one time that there is one, I am treated with no respect nor consideration. Again I had to phone the store to figure out why I wasn't contacted yet. I am not sure if this is how the Papa Johns franchise or the Owner wants this establishment run but I will no longer support this restaurant if this is how I will be treated.

Freaking love this place..great pizza and a great price. The NEW MANAGEMENT is so super friendly. Now have ordered again Friendly, delicious and a great price also very clean kitchen! Will be going back frequently!!

I've fallen in love with Papa John's Papadia. Totally delicious.

Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery from the shop in canyon plaza, waited an hour and a half. Called back to see what was taking so long. I did not ask for a kickback for them making a mistake, nor was i looking for one. However the employee said that my pizza was sitting in store for pickup. I responded simply saying i ordered it for delivery. And he passivly offered to just cancel my order. So i get to try papa baldys today instead. I only eat this pizza because i like their sauce.. but the staff has consistantly fumbled roughly 75-80% of my orders. The sauce isnt worth the hassle anymore.

First time in this franchise here in Canada. Not bad . Prices seem a bit high but ok . Service was a bit slow and food was OK. Not my first choice but in a pinch it will do

Had pizza, wings and a cinnamon pull apart. The pizza and pull apart were good and the wings were okay. Price was good.

I ordered online for pickup. Pizza tastes great, hot, good deal on Tuesdays, and it even comes with seasoning packages (which aren’t even needed because the pizza tastes great without it). It was nice to be able to track my order online. The text message notifications did not work though.
