★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With all of the options available and the investment commitment, I have an expectation of professionalism. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of their staff and there seemed to be little in the way of addressing the problem. I will be going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better options than this place. When they were in their old location under different management (when I started with them) they were wonderful. Now they are horrible. The place is unkept and staff are not as knowledgeable and they do not direct bill your insurance as the old management did. You will have to come up with thousands of dollars to work with these folks. Many places still direct bill and have better customer service.
Thank you for your reply. The old owners always direct billed for me. I am unsure why you are not able to as I still have the same insurance plan. I still am not coming back to you as I am not happy with your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was Leary of getting tested for sleep apnea... but I did.. And I am so happy that I did.. I feel so much better... sleeping better.. and hubby doesnt hear me snore away the night either! :) The staff have all been so accommodating and reassuring that I will feel better... also they took the time to make sure the mask is comfortable for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy going to RHS Red Deer as I know I will receive the 'Best' service and products available.
My current Therapist is Erin. I love her attention to detail, product knowledge, attitude and professionalism.
I'm on my second CPAP from RHS and will return, with confidence, for any future needs, knowing that I will be given the highest quality treatment and advice.
There should be a 'Ten' star rating, so here are the extras that everyone at RHS have earned. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and competent, they know all aspects of machine use and mask fitting. Equipment is overpriced - only worth it if you will be constantly calling in for adjustments and other support. If you intend to buy elsewhere, figure that out before you start with them - we went in with every intention of buying our equipment here but changed out mind because we were able to save 1400 EACH by ordering from Ontario. When you change your mind about purchasing they get quite unfriendly, quite quickly. Other than the negative sales pressure, an overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having resisted the thought of using a CPAP machine for awhile, from my first visit until my most recent, the staff here were friendly and welcoming. My personal representative, Cora, was very open to all my questions and misunderstandings and guided me through the testing and the trial period of using a machine. Even driving halfway to meet me after discovering the machine I purchased was missing the water reservoir. Highly recommend them!
