Interaction with customers is fine, don't get me wrong, but 20 minutes of chatting about how your "freedoms are being taken away" I legitimately do not care I just want to pay for my groceries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of homeless people wandering the parking lot. A guy followed me to the cart return to ask for change. I gave him food instead but I think the city and the store need better homeless supports and the store needs parking lot security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has gone worst in this year as most of the favourite items are never to be found no matter which day you go to the store. Example Ginger tea, Waffles, some of the biscuits in the International aisles, 30 packs Indian Parathas, Denture Cleaning tablets, Old spice Soap bars and many more shelves are empty and haphazardly arranged. Try to ask associate about it and they don't have any idea when it comes and when it gets empty. Seems to be Very poor management .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Superstore has always been very nice. I got my vaccines there.. It's a one-stop shop. Produce is fresh and well presented.. Staff are professional, and cheerful, and helpful. Parking is easy.. and the carts all work
