The pharmacist Ritesh told me how much it was going to be and had it ready by the time I got there with my prescription! It's a SUPER friendly atmosphere as well as super professional. I was highly impressed with his attitude and help. 5 stars!

What is truly outstanding is the way Ritesh takes customer service to an unprecedented level as a pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable pertaining to his field; conversant, engaging and outgoing; and exceptionally professional. He knows his patients on a first-name basis and really goes above and beyond. After 14 years of loyalty to a large corporate pharmacy - whether in Red Deer, Ontario, or various US states, I’m pleased to have been at Highland Green Remedy rx for almost a year now and haven’t looked back.
