Service was insanely rude. Don’t bother going

The gas pumps are a problem nobody really takes care of anything will not be back

I go to this almost all the time. They have just want I need and crave.

The older lady working there is insanely rude, degrading, and seems to be fed up with working there, has no customer service skills whatsoever, pretty embarrassing for a local business

Dear manager unfortunately I am deeply sorry for the buried of my mother language I believe they lady that served my mother yesterday she was absolutely the one I was telling my mother that she’s very friendly, kind, respectful, polite, and honest person she always smiles at all the time not like the mean and the rude big lady that works on the day times. But this one she’s always nice and she respects everyone she doesn’t care either you’re from any other countries she puts everyone as her own family that’s the employer we need in the gas bar she’s absolutely amazing she even served us tonight with my child she’s friendly to the kids and others. I wished other employees in the store they’ll be like her. I felt unwelcomed with the big lady she was very mean and rude to me I didn’t liked the way she was looking at me I’ve been the coming to this store since it was opened in the first place. I believe it’s the time for the manager to take actions because that’s not the way how to welcomed the customers. Thank you so much for serving us tonight I wish I remember her name I should’ve write it on this comment I absolutely still recognized her face every time I come to the store please keep it up your wonderful hard work looking forwards in coming again also to invite some of my friends and family members one day to buy the gas. This is absolutely a good stores for quick staff to buy it’s amazing and organized place I am absolutely grateful and happy except the big lady with bad and rude attitude the taller lady who work at night today she’s absolutely amazing thank you so much for your hard working you are every customer wanted. ?✌?????I ❤️It ?% ?%?%?%?%
