Was so helpful and super knowledgeable on all aspects of phones and plans and providers!! I’m sending my husband there next!! I will recommend to everyone... go see Brook at south Walmart?Thankyou Brook... you made the transition so easy for someone who knows very little about this technology ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got a brand new Samsung S21 yesterday at Walmart Wireless - Red Deer South and I am very thankful to the lady who assisted me. Her name is Brook. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and she have an awesome customer service. She gave me great options to choose from the phone plans, explained the differences between them and helped me with my discounts, even got a $100 Walmart giftcard from them.
I accidentally forgot my simcard at the store, called them on that night and Brook personally delivered my simcard at my house. That is so nice of her to do that. I would highly recommend Walmart Wireless - Red Deer South to my family and friends. What a great experience! Kudos to you, Brook! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best service I have ever received from a wireless department. We were in Red Deer for an appointment, and needed to get new phones. BROOK helped us out immediately, and had fully completed 2 phones within about 20 minutes. Typically takes about an hour, I've been getting my phones through Walmart for 10 years. Amazing service Brook, thank you!

Brook is so personable, fast and willing to help. She made it so easy for me. Even when she was off shift she arranged for me. So a shout out to Mac who changed my SIM card and a shout out to Jordan for porting a number. All great service under Brooks guidance.
