In addition, Judy was very knowledgeable with respect to our purchasing options; she took the time to explain every little detail! Looking forward to shopping there again! ? Also, Michelle was a huge help sorting out my invoice and Dmytro and Garth were very helpful getting us and our product out the door!!!

Ryan Talbo is such a great sales associate, no pressure to buy right a way and he never had an issue running around and grabbing measurements for my indecisive self or even helping compare items to make sure what I was getting was what I wanted and best suited for my needs!!! Between grandma's fridge and my dinning set and entertainment center I will be back for my kitchen appliances!!! All the staff is friendly welcoming and willing to help!! Great atmosphere!!!

Judy went to the managers Garth and Mick and they were able to come through with the amount of money that I could spend. I was not expecting this when I came in today. S	Sheila Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review to take you on our journey as to how good the brick mattress warranty is. We purchased a mattress ($1500.000 approx) in September. The mattress is firm in the center but is not on either side anymore. Small indentation on my side that did not go away after I returned from my 5 week vacation. I reached out to the brick and was told I have to submit pictures and such and the girl was not to helpful at all.. I was told to take a photo of the law tags but none to be found. Having worked in warranty for many years I know how important they are, and would have never removed them. Up to this point the service we received was not great. This morning I called and spoke to a young lady named Shea and she was amazing, very understanding and emphatic to what is happening :O) She took my information and will be sending a tech out to look at our issue. I will keep you all posted on the end result. Well I have to Give the Bricks employees 5 stars on dealing with my mattress warranty. The men that came out to check the indent in the mattress were excellent to deal with. Shay was amazing getting me warranty on my mattress. Danielle the sales lady and Brody the delivery man were all wonderful and very great to deal with . I now have a new mattress and boxspring :O) Thank you all so much and keep up the good work!!

I was on the phone with her for over 2 hours and called her multiple times; she has so much patents to explain things in a way I would understand and described products accurately. The Bricks you have one of a kind sales person. If anyone is interested in buying from the this location ask for Danelle, you wont be disappointed.

We went to purchase a particular microwave for our existing home and Danielle was knowledgeable, pleasant, upbeat, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only did she provide us with the info we needed for our purchase but she also offered & explained all delivery, warranty & installation options. Plus she’s also a Filipino, like me, so we were able to really communicate with her to find what we want and for the best price.
