I'll start with the positive, its super easy to get furniture here, and delivery was free and prompt HOWEVER the delivery guys knocked something off my counter and shattered it, and hardly acknowleged it happened. We signed up for a 24 month plan for a sectional, have been paying for 13 months and still somehow owe over 1000 on the damn thing thats already starting to rip. The seat is wearing as well as holes in the pillows. Oh and dont you dare be late on a payment, you WILL be harrased. We have asked several times that if they must call to please do so after 5pm, so I can actually answer them, instead of recieving very rude voicemails at work. I dont recommend them at all. Their products are clearly cheaply made and over priced. I will shop ANYWHRE else from now on

Best experience I have ever had! All the staff is friendly and very understandable. They fit my needs to what I can afford. Would extremely recommend them to any of my friends/family!

Definitely one of the best places I have dealt with.. at the end of the your rent to owning furniture. So with that being said your going to pay interest, but try and get it from the brick, or Leon's with credit like mine... Aaron's has been great to deal with.. I have been doing so for about 4 years and they have been more than great to deal with.. very friendly and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. I got a couch and love seat.. I'm a big guy 280lbs I lay on my couch for at least 6 hours a day and no problems.. good quality. Same with. My kitchen table, and bed very good quality. Very happy with the products

I am on my second lease option from them first one was average to deal with. I completed that lease agreement and since then did another lease agreement due to the fact they did fix the first agreement problems. Now I’m having issues again! I have signed up for auto payment (where they are supposed to automatically withdraw payment) and for this lease agreement I have to call every month and have them run my card manually because they say their system is having issues well ok that’s fine, but if I don’t get a chance to call the day it’s due they call the next day and you’ll get charged with late payment fees, but they don’t call you on the day it’s due they call the next day. This will be my absolute last ever lease agreement with them due to they can’t even do auto payment withdrawals and charge huge late fees. I no longer send referrals to them I say nope don’t do or go else where. Be careful learn from my experience! All the late fees all add up and is absolutely ridiculous when your supposed to take out automatically! DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM

I have nothing but a good experience with them they treated me very good they even call on your birthday to wish you a happy birthday I for sure will be getting more stuff from them when my lease is paid for

I Must say , I've never had such good customer service from both the instore and delivery workers . They've always been respectful and make sure you are satisfied 10000% and hats off to the delivery drivers . They are so respectful and make sure everything is perfect. I can go on and on but this is the place to deal with hands down.. They all deserve a raise lol
