Most of their product is North American made quality furniture where other big box store is selling the same exact product for almost double and triple the price . They also have special department for Canadian made products that is needed to be order especially when you customize the product your way , so there’s a wait but it’s higher quality than anyone else around here. A huge amount of fabric choices for made to order sofas. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. The furniture when it was delivered was earlier than expected and more beautiful than we thought. All our family and friends are amazed at the craftsmanship of the whole bedroom sets , dining table and the sofa sets . Thank you goes to Jad and the delivery guys who delivered and set up the furniture. Their customer service was exemplary!!! We will definitely be back.

What a pleasant experience this was from start to finish! Jad and his wife were wonderful and very knowledgeable about all their products. While Jad was helping me finalize my decision, his wife was giving my wife some info on coffee tables and decorating ideas. Oh yes, their prices were so much better than all the other stores we visited and there was no need to wait 2 or 3 months to take delivery! Jad’s delivery people carried on with the excellent service. They assembled the love seat and made sure all the power components were working properly before placing it exactly where I wanted it. I didn’t have to lift a finger! We will definitely be visiting Elite for any future home furnishing purchases and will be suggesting them to all our friends. Great job!

They listened to what I was looking for and recommended a few good options as well as told me different pros and cons for what i was looking for. They helped me find things within my budget and without pushing for more. They have alot of affordable options, way better pricing than other places I look at. Very honest people and great customer service!
