★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unorganized...no semblance of order. Most items are either junk or overpriced. Dont visit if you are claustrophobic. Go to the very back of the store and you might find your stolen bicycle.

The clothes they sell are fit for prostitutes.The worker was extremely rude and told me there was maternity clothes at the front of the store while I was looking at art supplies. I'm NOT pregnant you ignorant, rude person. Then the icing on the cake was when she accused my son of stealing and made a scene and yanked the toy roughly from his hand when he was not stealing the item at all. Accusing him of shoplifting when you can't do that until the person actually leaves the store. Everything is over priced garbage. The mistake we made walking in the store was shopping while Native. To all fellow Red Deer and Area Natives do not shop there. You'll be accused of stealing and watched like a hawk and verbally abused. My son just celebrated his 11th birthday and he is now traumatized by the horrible way she treated him. All I have to say is I'll never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there as well. Thanks for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing, the staff is funny and inviting... the store is clean and organized and the wide variety of products are perfect.. most items you cant get anywhere else in red deer. I go there once a week to check out all the new stuff and never leave without something cool...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. And ridiculous pricing. Selling stained ripped chairs for $25 a pop, and used clothing for more than I pay for new high end stuff. Never go here. Total RIP off
Also, if you think every single bad review is a fake account, you need to get a grip on reality. I am VERY real, a long with all the other unsatisfied people on this thread. The owners clearly lack the people skills needed to run a business like this. Interested to see how long until they close....
FYI, your response made me laugh, so thanks for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in here a while ago, the older fella working the front was very friendly, they have a good selection of stickers and home security systems but the rest of the stuff there was garbage as well as over priced. Its was very dirty and it did smell (I thought the other reviews where being dramatic when they mention the smell of the place but it does stink in there) This is by far one of the most unorganized and dirtiest thrift/liquidation stores in red deer and that I've ever been in. I've only been there once and wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went, I kept an open mind. As they had recently opened, I could understand the disorganization. The staff were really nice to both my son and I.
However, since then we have visited the store once and stopped at their outdoor sale. I had seen the signs posted and figured "why not"?
We were treated and being looked at as if we were thieves. Can't understand why..considering I am a very active member in the crime watch community. I dress well as does my son, I am articulate and kind. So I really don't know how we were pegged as an undesirable customers.
The prices are ridiculous. The treatment of customers is disgusting.
We will not be going back, nor will I recommend this store to anyone.
Sad really.
