Today I leaned that they do NOT recognize medical disabilities. Refused service to me. The CSR did offer to have me come in after hours if I called to make an appointment, this the reason for a better review than most.
This ends when the people say NO!

The store is always a pleasure to walk around and we love to generate ideas for our home, and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. However, today we received poor customer service. Cindy, one of your sales associates, approached us 5-6 times when we stated that we just wanted to look. She followed us around the store when we just wanted time to explore and weigh our options. We became frustrated with her and decided to leave. She even followed us to the exit asking if we found what we were looking for. We were interested in 2 different sectionals but were too frustrated to ask for options so we will shop elsewhere.
Sims is a great store with many quality options, we just don't like being pressured and given time to check out the options in peace.
