Pat and company were outstanding in helping me find exactly what I needed, packaged it up, and shipped it down to me in 2 days. Quality products and excellent service for a reasonable price! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Pat was amazing to work with, very quick and efficient, she took my details and had everything set up in minutes. On the day of our appointment, their installer (Dave?) had everything done in very short order, you can tell he's done thousands of these installs. We had a previous screen door from Costco, which had become problematic in only a few months of use and now we have a silky smooth Phantom Screen.. well worth the extra dollars for something that works perfectly!! With our crooked walls and old uneven floors they were bang on with the fit and came through on their estimated cost and timeline. Very impressive installer too! Terry helped me out and made sure my custom wood shelves were cut the same day so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to Red Deer. Terry and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
