I was assisted by Stephanie Sage, who not only answered my questions quickly but price matched my appliances with over $800 in savings. She quickly sent me quote for the exact fridge and microwave I was looking for along with their respective warranties. All over streamlined experience and saved me from dealing with Canadian Appliance Source again (they have abysmal customer service). TLDR: The Brick has incredible customer service reps like Stephanie, Canadian Appliance Source is awful and I'm a happy girl.

She was incredibly helpful explaining the changing sales, price expectations and recommendations for warranty and sleep satisfaction etc. I was nervous about making my purchase as it was going to be expensive and buying online for something so expensive had me apprehensive. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. She wasn't pushy and listened to my needs and financial requirements. Additionally, there was no redress - when I reported that the delivered bed was broken I was given an option of re-ordering another similar bed and waiting again for more months . This was not an option , because the workmanship on this bed is very poor hence its pointless to take home a bed that will not last. Brick isn't quality stuff. I learnt the had way I am counting a loss of 800 +
