Their communication was great as the person I talked to on the phone had gone home but still let the other employee know that I could be coming in. They got me in no problem and were very efficient and prompt. I work in customer service and I must say they did an excellent job. Nov/27/2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I’d write a review on the incredible service I had with Kal tire today. I dropped off my vehicle today and hadn’t gotten a phone call when it was ready to my knowledge they didn’t call or anything and closed. I got a hold of customer service and the manager came in after hours for me to pick up me vehicle. Noticing when there they had texted me to let me know it was ready to pick up earlier. Feeling so horrible the manager still was very pleasant with me and came in and I was able to get my vehicle. Thanks so much so your patience Management ?
