★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. 5.5 years ago we were in an accident while parked at a red light in our less than a year old van, they repaired and painted it , were prompt and professional. There was a problem with the sealer and our hood peeled. They fixed it promptly, went above and beyond by also detailing it. As a father of three this was a BIG deal to me. Dave also helped me readjust my door on my truck while we we chatting in parking lot. I definitely recommend them. Very thankful today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dodge Nitro decided it wanted Deer for dinner, so it hit one.. silly truck! The guys and gals at Fix Auto Red Deer tried there hardest to help me get it back on the rd but that Deer dinner was pretty expensive. So long story short it was written off. I appreciate these people trying their hardest to help me, there was just to much damage.
Thank you again for all ur help...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were responsible for warranty work on my truck roof which was repaired badly. Although fix auto calgary confirmed it was warranty work Red Deer refused to honor the warranty. They claimed it was hail damage and also invented unnecessary work on the vehicle. I got a third shop to inspect it and they confirmed a bad repair. I have just had an insurance inspector also confirm that it isn't hail damage. My insurance company is now honoring the warranty that this shop wouldn't. They are lucky they didn't give me a quote in writing as I would now be taking legal action.
