Talked about the issue I'm having with my vehicle and offered a couple of options as to what it ould be, and offered for me to bring it in the next morning. Will tell people about this place and hopefully can find out what's wrong with my car!

The previous owner did attempt to rectify the problem with the RV complaint, however was not given the chance to correct. Fortunately, we are now under new management. The previous owner does still work in the shop as a Journeyman Mechanic from time to time but is now under the management of his daughter, Christina Atkins. Christina takes a personal approach to each and every repair and respects everyone's situation. She will work as hard as possible to ensure that the issue is corrected and you are happy with the repair. She sincerely believes that everyone deserves a fair mechanic and is disappointed with the generalization that her trade has received. Christina was clear and upfront about costs, there was some additional work that the truck required once she started working on it (1996 Ford with 277,xxx kms, not a surprise) and I was kept up to speed on what that was, why it was needed, and the costs associated with it. I got the truck back and was more than happy with her work. I also got some great info on what repairs I'll need in the future, but weren't necessary now. Thanks Christina!
