★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go in red deer, they'll take gouges out of your rims and not tighten your lug nuts then tell you "sorry the technician went home for the day" and leave the keys in it with it unlocked. this place is a safety hazard and a liability to vehicle owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually have excellent service at Kal-Tire but recently I brought my vehicle in to have it looked at as it was leaking oil badly. They looked at it for a bunch of hours and then told me that all I needed was a new oil cap so I trusted them and got a new oil cap that I had them put on for me. I noticed that they had added alot more oil then I needed and it was reading way above the recommended amount. They charged me $250 to wipe up oil and suggest a new oil cap! About 2 days went by and my oil was still leaking badly all over. They did nothing for me and charged me for it!

He cared enough to look after my car like it was his own. For this I give him five stars and Cal tire five stars thank you for all that you did for me today Joe amazing job.

Joe managed to get us in even though they were busy and the mechanic got it done quickly so that we could get back on the highway and continue on to Calgary. Really appreciate the friendliness and effort made to get me on my way quickly. Thanks!!

Limped vehicle to 67th street Red Deer location and Brad and staff fit me into an already fully-booked schedule, got a tire from another location and had me back-up-and-running in about 3-4 hours. Also great warrantee coverage credit applied to new tire. Thanks folks. Great job especially in this winter freeze.
