The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and (d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due. Bought a NordicTrack treadmill from Canadian Tire. While running on it my walking board broke. I tried calling the service number on the user's manual. I was on hold for 2.5 hours and never got through to anyone. I sent 2 emails to the customer service department. It has been a week and no reply? Tried calling again today and the message says that I will have to call back another time as they are too busy? I called Canadian Tire and they refer me back to Icon Canada and can not help me. I tried the chat function on NordicTrack and they refer me to Icon Canada and can not help me. I run on my tread mill 5 days a week and am getting really frustrated with this lack of customer service!

Staff try hard. But a inner circle of family friends(management) cut hours of hard workers to give hours to there friends . very unfair for a working family man but if your are a teenager and dont mind being bullied by your management it is lovely . general manager is a push over for his family friends and alliw mistreatment of staff . store itself usually has more stock then south

My go to for seasonal like plants and planters, garden ornaments and lights, great selection hardware stuff and for inside and outside vehicle stuff, cleaning supplies and allot of little things. I actually one year remodeled my one bathroom with wall mirror matching cabinet, chrome / black scone lights, et looks great and didn't break the bank

This north store is located across from Parkland Mall, just off of Gaetz and 67th Street and bus routes, so relatively easy to get to but the access points to the parking lot can be a little confusing or awkward the way they're set up and parking can be hard to find because this store location is pretty busy most of the time. But one good thing, is they are pet friendly, so you can take your well behaved, leashed pooch shopping with you. And the store is chalk full of just about everything you could possibly need, not to mention, a pretty decent Garden Centre selection in the Spring and Summer. Customer service and overall experience on the other hand, varies from day to day. Some days you get service that's great, including staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products and their location and inventory and other days, you might get a cranky cashier that makes you want to shrink or stay clear of or you can't find anyone to help you locate products and end up wandering for an eternity trying to find them. And based on what I seen and experienced when applying for my fishing license, Customer Service doesn't exactly have a great track record for keeping your application forms and or personal information very confidential... they leave them lying out on the countertop where other customers can see or even take them and that's not great considering there's confidential personal information on those forms, which in the wrong hands, could aid in identity theft. But maybe it is to be expected since the majority of staff are teenagers, at least they are at the front end of the store. But yeah, the Management needs to get on it and vastly improve their policies around handling application forms and client information, starting by properly storing documents in locking storage filing cabinets (which oddly enough, they sell in the store) behind the desk and away from prying eyes or hands and teach their employees to treat confidential customer information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. That and maybe add a few more staff to the Parts Service Counter because any time I've ever gone in there, there's nobody there and difficult to track down. Overall, my experiences there have been mixed - some good, some great and some not worth mentioning but I guess that's what you get with a big box store retail chain.

I went to grab batteries and they show 6 in stock. When. I inquired where they were the guy said he sees that there are indeed six there. However because they are not out on the floor he refused to go get them. His comment was nope they are not here so you can't have them talk about rude and lazy. I have always had good service from the South store. Will take service elsewhere for sure the north store has lazy rude workers and the customer service is awful. Wat to go North Canadian Tire at giving customer service.

I am a disabled senior and have trouble lifting heavy cat litter boxes into the cart. I was so happy with the service I got both from a strong young man who helped me with my 4 boxes of litter, and with the lovely woman who went looking for a hot water bottle for me. Always helpful staff.

I always end up at this store. I love Canadian Tire. The employees at this store are super helpful, friendly, and super pleasant to deal with. As well, they will always go the extra mile to make sure that we get what we need. At least, that has been my experience with them. I love you Canadian Tire team.??♥️♥️

Alex in the automotive department deserves credit for his excellent customer service this morning. He was so knowledgeable kind and efficient! He answered my questions easily and helped find what i needed! I appreciate that he helped me and listened to me and looked for ways to solve my problem. There were others there and he had such a kind and warm energy and I felt comfortable and like he wanted to save me time and money and fix my problem which is rare for a woman who comes up to a automotive counter. It was very appreciated! Thank you for the wonderful customer service experience today Alex you are Fantastic!
