★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service all the way. I will be moving my money else where. Doors are looked at night time so you cant even do any banking after 930. Very short hours does anyone work full time. Rude staff that are NOT knowledgeable about financial issues at all. Best to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank has been mine for the past 2 years. No issues at all, very nice staff! Came in to take out money and they ended up helping me not get over charged on my account. Also the tellers always remember me, making customer service amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to cash a cheque from my new employer and the one teller who was helping me was nice but the other lady was extremely rude and didn't want to help me increase my cash back limit and told me 3-6 months of the same cheque before the holds would be taken off then offered me to talk to a financial advisor, also telling me that me it's not garunteed they will increase my cash back limit. I will never go to the branch again. Good thing Timberlands helped me or I'd be pulling my accounts from Scotiabank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 1 rating is to high for this bank.I have never in over 25 years that I've dealt with the Scotia Bank have met the most ignorant branch manager ever that informed me that if I didn't like this she would close out my account once it's all settled. Can you imagine a bank manager telling their customer that she doesn't want their business. Well Miss Dana mann branch manager you need to learn customer service because without us customers you wouldn't have a job, that was absolutely appalling that she said that to me. I really recommend nobody opening an account at this branch 67th and Gates I will be contacting the president's office.
