★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had good service at AutoValue and they typically have or can obtain all the parts I need. Staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience with them. Store is kept up and clean. Prices are reasonable compared to alot of the other parts dealers around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faithful customer for many years. Called in asking about a part "Nick" found said part when I asked about a specific of said part was told I won't find one! Then hung up on me! If that's the attitude auto value has with long term customers I'll do my shopping elsewhere for parts. Plus one call to a competitor they had what I was looking for EXACTLY.....and was cheaper.?♂️ ✌?

Him and the front desk lady, Michelle even returned a core charge for me from 11 months ago with no hassle and carried the parts out to my truck because I had a baby with me. The go above and beyond and I always leave here smiling.

As compared to some other parts stores, I appreciate the fact I'm never on hold very long, if at all, when I call. The cashiers are always have a friendly smile, and never hesitate to hold a door, or help you carry your merchandise out. A++++++++
