I was on a family vacation in Alberta and traveled 5 hours round trip from where we were staying to their shop with my wife and two young kids. I originally planned to buy some mudflaps and install them when I got back home. In the they went above and beyond accommodating my family and getting the mudflaps installed for me while we waited. I couldn't be happier with the product, quality of installation and friendliness of the guys.

Very helpful with choices in choosing the style of bumper and lighting. No pressure sales. I was going to be a couples hours late for the appointment to install some lights into my bumper, and he was more than accommodating. I'd say there bumpers are probably the most solid built I've come across when I was looking for a new one to replace the factory bumper a deer so kindly destroyed. Everyone there takes pride in what they do. I won't hesitate to go back sometime soon and pick up one of the rear bumpers as well.

They are creative and very diligent in what they do. They take pride in your vehicle. I drive a fully custom 2003 Land Rover Discovery. So let's say they had to do alot of extras to get parts to fit and properly 8nstalled. You WILL NOT GET ANY 2nd rate work here. My truck will be going back for a bumper, my next set of wheels and tires, and anything else they are able to do, that I may require. They were referred to by Mel at Excel transmission. And I see why. All these top notch guys know and respect each other.
