He didn't charge me for the part and next to no fee for the install time. Great friendly staff. Ordered new window visors as well and ill definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me out with a tri-fold tonneau cover and bed step. Very professional and thorough. Knew what questions to ask to make sure the items fit the truck. Items were ordered right away, they gave an accurate estimate of delivery date, and they followed up by phone to tell me when they had arrived. A quoted sale price was honoured even when it appeared to have been less than it should have been due to a catalogue error. Very honest, and I’d highly recommend based on my experience.

I went today to get a piece for my tonneau cover. The lady there was so friendly and helpful and found my part very quickly. Highly recommend Raven. Great customer service.

The quality of the instalation of the bumper, lights and winch was exceptionally clean and professionally done. Can't say enough good about the team in Red Deer and will be driving those miles again in the future to deal there.
