Although they dont offer short term rentals (24 hours only) I had rented an auger for the day and ended up not being able to collect on a job and finished early. They refunded me half my rental fee which was very appreciated. Great customer service. Quality tools.

Asked for equipment and he sent the wrong one.
Then he asked “ well what does it do ?”
What a freaken joke.
Why a huge change over since he been in charge .
One star is to much , but had to give one to say how I had a horrible experience with this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Home Depot, Lowe’s, a rental store in Sylvan Lake, Pumps and Pressure, Action Rentals and called a few others finally I found HercRentals. I spoke with a gentleman named Todd who was amazing! They did carry the cement cleaning attachment for the pressure washer no where else had! I forgot ratchet straps and they loaned me one so I didn’t have to purchase new ones and the price of the rental was so fair. I highly recommend this location to anyone in Central Alberta, great products and above and beyond customer service!
